REDWINE
Global warming due to greenhouse gases it has become a worldwide problem. The new EU Green Deal aims to reduce these gases by up to 55% by 2030 and an impact neutral economy by 2050. These measures encourage the reduction of gases at local, national and European levels.
The REDWINE project will demonstrate the technical, economic and environmental feasibility of reducing at least 31% of the CO2 emissions produced in the wine industry using CO2 from biogenic fermentation for the production of microalgae.
