The project "Sustainable Intensification of Viticulture through Mechanical Pruning" has as its main objective to develop a process of Sustainable Intensification of Viticulture aiming at increasing the productivity of the vineyard through technological innovation, centered on the mechanization of pruning, on the optimization of the cultural system with the resource to precision viticulture tools, the sequestration of carbon in viticultural soils and the reduction of their environmental impact.
